since the third training camp in monaco i've been struck with sickness, i had to leave work today and can't train for some time! This picture of pablo cheered me up tho.
So sorry to hear this. Get well soon. I had a not from a chap called David Bridle who has two practices on the South Coast. He did the same tri as you did in May as said it was a tough one. He says he wanted to join the Transitions Ironman team but couldn't spare the time as had opened a new practice but was following your progress with interest. He's dead jealous of you!
